Welcome to Devrance. By accessing our website or engaging our agency for design and IT services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Devrance provides professional design and IT solutions, including but not limited to:
- Trade Show Booth Design and Large-Format Graphics.
- Logo, Branding, and Packaging Design.
- WordPress Website Development (Astra/Elementor).
- Social Media Asset Creation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by Devrance—including text, graphics, logos, and code—remain the intellectual property of Devrance until project finalization and full payment are received. Upon full payment, the usage rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in your individual project contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project briefs and necessary assets.
- Ensuring that any materials provided to us do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Timely communication and approval of project milestones to avoid delays.

5. Payment and Billing

Pricing: All project pricing is determined based on the scope of work outlined in the project proposal.
Payments: Payments shall be made according to the milestones defined in your invoice.
Late Fees: Devrance reserves the right to pause work on projects where payments are past due.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
